Teleport Charges skill bind dissappears each new new game and i have to rebind it to the desired hot key again

how to prevent this ?

Did you run out of charges?

Try to exit game when your telecharges (weapon?) item is on you. So if it on swap then exit when swap is active

Did you die or something like that? That's the only time mine breaks

nope never died and never get our of charges i still have few charges left when i save and exit the game , and in the next game the skill is not bind anymore

When you go to vendor and an item has +teleport the bind will disappear

what i do is kill the last monster from my routine and save and exit and then make new game , i dont visit vendor before i exit the game

It would only happen if you visit the vendor at the start of a new game
