Does anyone know which new ladder-exclusive items are available, and which Warlock-specific items drop on ladders but cannot drop on non-ladders?

All new Warlock specific items drops in both ladder and non-ladder, only couple "new" runewords are ladder only.

Patch 3.0 runewords:
