Your build looks great for survivability, but rather slow (and terrible vs trash mobs).
6fpa smite, high CB, CBF, 2 life tap sources, OW
gface (um or ort) > coa
swap to grief so you have 6fpa smite and have much better trash mob clear and finishing power
highlords should change to mara (or 2/20 pally amulet so you can swap to drac & phoenix/upped Hoz & goblin toe)
fire absorb is not needed at all for uber smiter, swap to wisp if you don't have very high lightning resist, or soj/bk for more dmg
pre-buff with treachery if your life is low for lilith and if your lightning resist isn't very high for mephisto (or simply use resist lightning aura against him)
