Hey all, just got Reapers Toll for my A2 Merc. He currently has Andy + Treachery so sitting at 65% IAS.

Should I gem a 15% IAS gem or a 30% Max ED gem into the Reapers toll?

Just not sure if going from the 4.16 aps to 4.54 aps is really worth?

It depends on your character needs, generally attacking faster means more decrepify procs -> more safety, also better killing speed.
