Here’s what I would like to see in the next patch. This is purely speculative and for fun. Trying to find a balance for pvm/pvp, early to end game.

Echoing Strike
Use AR
Use durability
Reduce base dmg of the skill by ~25%

Blood Oath
Fix the tooltip to show that soft points do not increase the dmg redirected to demons.
Reduce lvl 1 to 2%, up to 40% at lvl 20 (-3% linear)

Bind Demon
Limit them to retain only 1 property.
Which one? An idea like this but… there is 20 different properties they can get, so it could be based on how many hard points the player invested.
Listed randomly here, but the best ones like cursed/conv should be at the end, forcing you to invest hard points to obtain them.
Teleportation -> lvl 1
Mana burn
Poison enchanted
Blessed aim
Fire enchanted
Multiple shots
Holy fire
Cold enchanted
Holy shock
Extra strong
Light enchanted
Extra fast
Spectral hit
Might
Stone skin
Magic resistant
Holy freeze
Fanaticism
Conviction
Cursed -> lvl 20

Defiler
Replace the number of targets linked by an aura with scaling radius.
Reduce the % linked dmg to cap at around 50% instead of ~58%.

Blood Boil, fire & magic builds
I feel that with the above change, it would now be well balanced.
I’d completely rework the skill miasma chains tho, it’s clunky AF.

Cleave & Mirrored blades
They’re fun and well balanced, from start to finish.
If you are done with the absurd op builds, just try them! I feel like they finally gave us the melee builds with some AoE that we were all asking for, yet nobody is playing it lol

Hexes and Sigils
They would find more use cases with the above nerfs

Demons
Against players, all demons have an extra unit dmg modifier to further reduce their dmg by 50% and the dmg they take by 400%.

Heralds
Remove the cap of lvl 5. Keep increasing their difficulty and their chance to drop a sunder. Make us fear some lvl 20+, even with high end gear, but give them good odds to drop sunders at this point.

Ancients
Can we get a real end game boss? Please… Make it feel like a real achievement, where 8 legends must team up to maybe, just maybe, have a slight chance at succeeding.

Didnt read the part about Warlock but I agree.

On Heralds, I agree but that part I read. At first when reading about Heralds I thought once T5 they all had the same odds but each time stronger, but from what I understand it is just another T5 popping with same difficulty (depending on the mob itself and its mods tho) and same odds.
Altho somehow I would like it to be T5 dropping odds with higher difficulty. Then you could maybe get your 3rd point ->

And about the ancients and having "a slight chance of succeeding" either you are gonna soft lock a lot of people, or people will eventually find out what is the best team and it wont be a real challenge, or it will still be but only for avg players. Also this feels like some WoW mechanic what you are proposing, dont know how to feel about that.

Honestly echoing strike needs a much harder nerf

Any random fools weapon with some Lo runes will absolutely dominate everything in pvp

They should just stop the % ed from scaling honestly

Echoing strike should definitely use weapon durability. We need less skills that use AR/hit check mechanics, not more though. Would rather see alternative methods to balancing the skill.

Well mrlama doesn’t understand this game, he just copies builds from other people

And blizzard also doesn’t understand their game so

As long as they keep asking clueless people to give feedback it’s not gonna change.

My warlock wasn’t even level 24 before I already realized this skill was gonna be ridiculous, as soon as I saw it scaling with % ed from str

I don’t think they’re ever going to prioritize PvP balance unfortunately for the PvP enjoyers.
