So the bonus from Tainted consume -15% enemy fire res and +20% fire skill does not scale right? Apparently I have only 2 hard points and 11 total.

It only scales Max file, run/walk speed and duration - 240 seconds is kinda ok, not ideal but not gonna put 20 points into it. So it does not make much sense to put hard points in it in my view.
