Anyone having this issue? The join game option isn't there when I right click a name in my friend list. The only options available are Whisper, Invite to game, Remove, and Mute. Same region, ladder, hardcore, no level restriction, box for "Friend list joining" is checked.

I tried removing and adding but the option just isn't there.

had this problem many time aswell ，sure the “friend" is not having “offline” status on？restarting the game/relogging does the trick aswell if long session

Both are online with fresh session.

there is a big bug currently with cross region jonining , the game cannot determine if your character is a RoTW or Expansion and this leads both character can not join each other games via friend list join if they are on different regions

Also you cannot join other players game from friend list while you current character is already in a game , you have to leave with it to lobby and join from there ( This time both of you must tbe in same region)

Both are on the same region on Expansion. Are you able to "Join Game" from your friend on RoTW when in the same region? If that is the case, then it might be a bug affecting Expansion.

in rotw if we are both on the same region we can join each other via friend list but one of us must be in thee lobby !

If both of us are in different regions joining via friend list is not possibile at all , it says " You can not join the game with you current character" with two additional tabs below saying CANCLE or Switch Character
