I don't play warlock so I have zero idea if Eldritch blast is good, but I got a +5 eldritch blast grimoire, stats are as follows:

2 warlock skills
17 fhr
1 enhanced entropy
3 eldritch blast
29 life
11 fire res
half freeze duration

So +5 eldritch blast. Is that good? I have no clue and I can't find any other grimoire with those stats to compare

The first clue is that you can’t find one to compare ;). Gotta be worth at least 35,000 igg on hell difficulty. If you have a gheeds and edge bow, that’ll gamble you a ring. If the ring makes 6 points you’ll be rich. Tough to pin down value before you gamble the ring.

Eldritch blast wants the unique book w magic dmg. So that one you found is self use.
