Hey guys, my merc keeps getting slapped and killed. Like constantly.

He has a rare chest with res, but realistically this and the helm are the problems.

What chest / helm can I get to keep my merc alive? I’ll probably go Tal’s head, but what body armor can I use?

Currently on ladder and don’t have access to high runes, so I’m wondering what other gear can I give to keep him up?

Elite Base Insight to hit good attack frames on jab (like Thresher, GT, or Cryptic Axe) or Non-Eth Reapers

Very bad setup with no res and no life leach.

Might Merc (to leach more damage)
Vamp gaze, COT, Tals mask
Duriels Shell
