I've got pretty decent gear but just cannot last long enough to do meaningful damage. Any advice?

I think you need to get the bow that gives you 20 charges of revive and make maulers, then you stay at the corner throwing meteors on her

As far as prevent monster healing. How long does it last when I hit her with it. Also, can merc proc it with Kelpie?

What's your decent gear? You don't need pmh or open wounds for Lilith as fire sorc as u hv very high single target damage. If still struggling, u can always cast firewall beneath her and it will stop her healing too.

Hoto, vipermagi, shako, spirit monarch, 105+fcr, max res. Main issue is I cannot tank her so I guess the Bone prison strat is the only one I think will work

Your build is subpar..hoto is a no-no. U need much more damage via -res. A partial or full tals set will beat this by a good margin, and very good for Ubers. U can use fire faceted weapon + flicker/3fire 20fcr 2s helm + phoenix for end game, but it's not necessary for this particular situation. Switch to tals and you will notice the vast difference compared to your build.

And you're not supposed to tank her. U shld Tele around, drop meteors and spam fireball, lay down fire wall if necessary ( not from my experience). With high damage, u melt her fast... that's how to play it for fire sorc. Gl!
