it is still bugged offline. It can reset your chronic if you ident from weapon/armor rack.

yes, only fixed on online server as of yesterday.
Also herald dropping new sunder on lvl 1 + 2 is not possible offline yet.

They have to bring out an extra patch to fix these things for offline, so watch out for that!
