Does it loose the added buff of the terrorized zone after binding it?
If the tz is fire enchanted does the bind demon loose that buff after you bind it?

only trash mobs get the TZ affix
minions, champions, uniques, superuniques do not
a normal creature bound in a TZ zone will retain the TZ affix and display when hovered when you join a new game, and presumably keeps the TZ level/stats, and the affix actually works

This makes it pretty deterministic on obtaining some of the most useful demons because its easier to find a TZ version than a random unique mob
ex if you want to hunt a cursed mob, you can simply following this guide (assuming you have level 20+ bind demon, including if you use swap gear):

>reroll games until you get Cursed as your TZ affix (which you can see as soon as you join, so rapidly remake games)
>explore as little as possible of a target area to find out if it has the mob you want (ideally 75% dr urdars in frigid but only 22% chance to spawn, and pit of acheron but its too small to scout it must be a gamble because as soon as you enter entire area will be spawned out: but a 55% dr / higher resist / lower life version is available in durance 1/2 and river of flame and tal rasha's tomb and palace cellar)
>once you confirm cursed TZ + mob, simply pop a shard for that act and go back to that area. Only the parts you explored + 3 screen radius will be prespawned, the rest will spawn as TZ
>bind one trash mob at a time and see if it gets the aura you wanted, if it doesn't, immediately consume it so it can't kill other trash mobs. Ignore minions/champions and only take a unique if it rolled cursed on its own

Thanks to this you can replace a cursed + specific aura urdar in 5 minutes or less instead of grinding rng
