hell diablos lightning fire stream used to miss in hell when u were right on top of him, now that is not the case, anyone else notice this?

My sorc almost died to this in nightmare. Attacks that keep you in place like dragon talon, zeal and fury can potentially kill you.

i just remember in hell, if u were right next to him when hes shooting that fire lightning mix, it wouldnt hit you, normal and nightmare it would tho

Only in normal would hit, not in nm or hell.

it was in the patch notes explicitly, said it will no longer miss at point blank range

didnt notice any difference, just a trashmob with extra loot

normal difficulty somehow by far the "hardest" diablo (with max res he does way more damage than in hell with max res, no endgame gear)

Yes they patched the glitch where if you stand directly in front of diablo in nm or hell you don’t take damage from his hose
