I'm using obedience and insight on merc, but I want more dmg to clean faster more people, actually I do ~32k, but I can't solo more than a 5ppl game, I have about 50fcr and 252mf, wish to do more dmg but keep mf high

what bound demon do u use? cause i easily clear p8 cs with that tooltip damage

Get moar fcr and get crititcal/deadly strike. Make sure ur merc has might aura and get a demon with fanatacism. Also invest into hex purge the DMG is a lot better than it looks on paper
