yes, also the demons that spawn others will do that too.

sub minions will be generated using the current area stats, monlvl / terror zone affixes / etc. They teleport with you, receive auras and shouts but not any bonus from bind demon, demonic mastery, engorge, or blood boil. They won't heal from you hitting wells or akara, as they are child units to the bound demon not to you
