I want to use act1 merc with my Echo Strike Build. What Supports me the best

Best you could get from a1 merc is some weak lvl 8-12 conc from mist bow

Weaker than that would be faith

And anything else would mean that this a1 merc does not support you at all, so better not use it else you’ll end up supporting her lol

Probably use Last Wish in eth Thunder Maul with Mist on your merc.
