yeah people overestimate shako at start ladder and underestimate rares so the rares dudes that do look for rares the 1st week or two of ladder will try to snipe them for cheap

Ladder is for pvm and no one is going to pay inflated ladder prices for gear they want on nl. Even more the case on rotw since most aren't even converting pvp yet
