Can fortitude be made in a ghost spear?

Any downsides of a eth fort ghost spear for echoing strike warlock?

Any weapon

Only downside is ghost is a fast attack speed base with lower damage

Since it's cast rate based u want highest dmg base possible. Hence TM, a slow as fuck weapon with big base dmg
