So like sunders if they aren’t latent they cannot benefit from the wotw new crafting recipe when taken over from expansion.
My question is if someone farms keys from expansion then brings them to wotw will those keys not allow the chance for a warlock torch to be dropped from Ubers?

I believe yes. Torch dropped in rotw may roll wtorch. Unid torch from expansion will not work.

Yes the game doesn’t know or care about the difference. Just need the torch to drop in rotw.
