So I’m building my realistically obtainable gear plan on max rolls D2 planner for my echo strike warlock… The thing I seem to struggle to find is resistances and cannot be frozen. I’m thinking I’m going to have to use all res charms in my inventory and the Horazon boots. Anyone else coming to the same conclusion?

Yesterday on ladder I found some pretty amazing boots.

Half Freeze Duration

I’m thinking of using these boots, they basically give all res and while half freeze duration isn’t cannot be frozen it’s not a bad compromise. My biggest hesitation on these boots is I’m being offered substantial FG for them. Should I keep these when I could get a Jah rune for them and be well on my way to enigma? Decisions decisions…

horazons set is pretty cheap except for boots, and beefy.
has lots to be desired

I just use Kira’s right now. I use insight and spirit so while I still don’t have enigma I really only need 5fcr from the rest of my gear until I go for 125fcr. Those three items are plenty to clear any content for me and free me up to wear pretty much anything else.

It’s just the pre enigma phase. Being frozen when walking or even blade warping is annoying tbh. After enigma I’d agree it doesn’t matter


Cbf I’m currently using Trang belt. I get my fcr from coven + insight + spirit or meph book. Res coven, authority, loh cover fire. Spirit / meph book with um for all. Light on highlords. Tri res mf boots light, cold, psn. Then full with rnd res charms. Nothings really maxed (would be with anni and torch) but as long as you’re in the positives you fear nothing but souls
