Whatever if i Play on very high details or medium , fps is drop to 8-12 , whatever if i stay town or going any location .
Render delay is very high in town 120ms if example going to diablo IT can be 600-750ms rendering.
I try change evrything in NVIDIA advenced settings and still not work. Sometimes in ultra os 75fps stable after 4 min is 12 fps .
Same way is in other grapbic settings ,
In other games evrything works fine .
If press G to old D2 i have stable 300fps and game works fine ..
Ping in gamę is sometime 60 but can jump to 250ms
Internet speed 120mb/s
Pc:
Ryzen 7 3700x
GTX 1660 super MSI xs OC
32gb Ram 3200mhz
Win 10 pro

Ryzen temp is stable 50°C and never used more then 40%
Grapbic card is always 40-41°C .

try a 50% render resolution

Lower resolution

Play full screen mode

I play on a 10700k and a 3080 and had the same issues you’re saying
Also try the different rendering modes. Resurrected worked for me best

GTX dont have dlss ,
All mods in NVIDIA advance i turn on and nothig change .. but wi try today again , i reinstall game yesterday , and problem stay with me ... Window mode or fullscreen nothing change in me .
I Play on 2560x1440 probally

Have you tried the 50% resolution render as well as each of the 3 rendering modes?

Vsync nothing change . Resolution will try when back home

E: what resolution do you suggest?

I have a Samsung crg9 ultrawide and had to scale mine down to 1920x1080

Can try downloading more ram, worked for me
