And sorry to hear you have lost some items, I know how important gear is in Diablo 2 in particular and how much effort it can take to get the perfect set. Unfortunately, There is no item restoration or rollback function in Diablo II: Resurrected. Customer Support cannot restore items at all either I am afraid. If your screen shot is meant to show they are missing it actually just shows they need to be repaired.

There are lots of ways it is possible to lose your items through death as well, especially if you die and then get new gear to help get your old get back and die again leaving a new corpse, as that will cause that to be your corpse if you log out and back in, the other corpse is gone forever. That is just one example mind you and something to be careful with, I have no way to tell what may have happened in your specific case.

I wasn't hacked I was literally logged in and playing for like 4 hours, jumped over to a mule to grab some junk jewels, came back to my hammerdin to craft ammys and my shit was just gone.

my last email from blizz was may 21st, I have an authenticator. I can promise you no one was on my account, I was also logged in, you cant multi log, it would have booted me if someone logged.

The gheeds and all the small charms I self found, everything else was bought unid from separate people. Just noticed my Tome of TP also poofed
