I mean if I'm following all the testing, the changes for a fastest bp 2x grief setup compared to LoD amount to "you hit 2x on the first hitcheck instead of 1x, get ~-10% ed and +50% ar, and you get horribly nerfed by cold / holy freeze / decrep / slow"
a lot of changes for other setups, 2H setups harder to get 4 FPA, gimped to unplayable in classic I think, etc etc.
at least compared to last D2r patch, its a huge upside of "ww can actually hit stuff now" when it didn't hit at all on short ww, but while thats an upside for PvP in PvM its just a tradeoff against decrep / holy freeze being pretty common, especially in chaos/baal

So what's the TL'DR version for BvC?

Grief/Beast still BiS? Does Grief ias matter more/less/same?

Does ias matter at all now beyond Grief as?
