1) yupe, you will reach bcuz your gias is 50% and you only need 48% with grief pb + 21+ fana
2) already did the math for 5 fpa - page 3, but decripify or hf lv12 would need a lot, with pb+fana 21 (36% Sias) you would need 280ias% to stay in 5fpa

eias 79 doesn't make sense but the video show increase fpa of 80%ias to 85%ias, and dumyguy is reporting 83% ias which make not sense at all too lol, so we can call this a deviance, bcuz don't seem follow any rule tbh (will be hard to find for each weapon the ias needed.. thx d2r)

the 168% ias needed was predicted with the usual formual yesterday by me, so all i can think is a deviance.. for now barbarian or only with zerk skill..

observation: there is no possible way to be 83%ias and 168%ias with any eias, so to me a deviance indeed.. let other ppl try calc this too! ty all

Double checking the math on the EIAS. Isn't the new 5fpa EIAS 100? not 101?

for d2 we would use eias 101

but the calcs and video showed by dumyguy confirm the use of eias 100 in d2:r

if 168% fcr works, we have a new fcr breakpoint (this is useful for 2 reasons, just to know/video proof of uncapped fcr and for the practical use, would be useful to know if d2r use non-rounded up eias to xx,00% frames)

I'm just going by your formula for frames and EIAS. Plug in 5 and the EIAS is exactly 100, no rounding, not 101.

Frames = 12/(1+(EIAS/100))-1
5= 12/(1+(EIAS/100))-1
