bind demons require 20 hard pts to bind super uniqs and demonic mastery require 20 pts for 3x demons. So this eats into ur leftover dump shift from either consume or levi mastery... now into bind demon and demonic mastery.
Blood oath capped at 50%.
Lethargy sigil : damage taken removed. sneakily small nerf there
fire builds got lot of unnecessary nerfs. It wasnt over performing like echo.
Heavy Echo strike nerfs: dmg reduced everywhere, eth weapons lose durability now, attack rate hit checks MATTER now (no longer auto hits).
Only 2 good changes:
sunder charms now obtainable to the casual gamer dad. no longer tied to heralds (BIG W there). Just need lots of MF to help it turn a GC into unique version.
Statues now drop from NON TZ act bosses. So no more racing to farm as many boss kills in those 30 minute TZ duration. Can just farm non tz to your hearts content.
Now onto the aura discussion:
conviction was gonna be the new ideal aura since echo strike now needs attack rating (conviction would reduce the monster defense to allow for "easy hit checks"). But thats removed from bind demon loot table. So perhaps fanaticism will be the next go to now.
Holy freeze/shock/fire procing amp at 5% chance may see a big big change... but seems they removed shock and fire and only kept freeze .
BUT HERE is the PTR test that needs to be checked...
conviction, holy freeze/shock/fire... these CAN STILL BE MANUALLY spawned unless they changed it off the ingeneral monster spawn table (because you can still find manual conviction monsters and shock/fire ones across sanctuary). This may just shift the need to MEGA hard farm for your dream demon again instead of banking on the free random aura you get from a lvl 20+ bind demon.
