Still counting in feet, I also never understood the alure of apartment complexes. Bad air, little privacy, the need to take the lift everywhere you go which is a waste of time, potential encounter with criminals hightened, can't even open a window without precautions. Two store house with 5 rooms 80 square meter each should be enough for any family. Bigger than that and you can't clean. I am a clean person, I hate dust and dirt. With bigger room, you need to hire someone to take care of all of that.

Until Jan 4th

Our house we are living at is "only" 150 m2, one story. We still hire outside help to clean, more time left for each other (and its cheap lol)

80 square meter each? That would be some big room

I said that would be more than enough for any family (maximum, not minimum). Obviously, a single person is well off with a living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom etc.

A bedroom more than 20 sq meter is just a waste of space.

30 if your a 5-15 years old child.

Who said the bedroom has to be 80sq m?
