Its always been.

Apparently the AI also has improved behavior, too - but I never really noticed any change other than they move a lot quicker. Arreat summit talks about the ladder buff thing if you're interested - but I can't recall where on the site it is.

Very interesting. I've noticed improved AI between Norm, Nightmare and Hell but never the HP thing. I guess there's always something new to learn about this game.

Competition is impossible with those buffs...

Yea we have to use some common sense when determing which buffs are allowed vs not. +50% gold find is probably meaningless actually. But +100% frw makes big difference if townwalking.

You have to repair all equipment used (even if swapped) to full durability (using gold) at the end or it doesn't count.

This contest inspired me to start my first ever goldfind Barb! I just recorded my first attempt at a 10M gold "speed" run on ladder. It was so painfully slow I'm embarrassed to upload it lol. But since there's only one entry so far I guess I'd be in (a VEEEEERY distant) 2nd place for now! Maybe I'll post a link tomorrow to give you all a chuckle.
