You get banned if you behave like a bot. Start moving differently once in awhile so the pattern recognition system doesn't think you are a bot.

This may easily get you into trouble. Blizzard is also trying to detect fully private bots (private means that Blizzard cannot download the exploit code from github or purchase from a website, like in the case of the Chinese ones). Blizzard is scanning your computer periodically for various types of software, and you probably got flagged on account of running IDEs, unrelated scripts etc in the background.

Your best bet is to file a ticket with them and explain. They always put the "irreversible" language in their initial communication, but if you convince them that you're a random software developer, not running private bots, they may unlock you.

not really. I was just horking travi like 4h daily, nothing else, all legit, no programs or 3rd party involved. No bloody idea.

It could be a situation where program that they consider bannable offence was running alongside D2R. It might even be MSPaint (but usually dev or hack tools, even those basic ones). There is a reddit thread with reverse engineering guy banned (and later unbanned) for playing while working (reversing).

This is extremely unlikely, an actual person wouldn't be even close to the level of a bot when it comes to making too many similar actions repeatedly, Blizzards bot busting system would have to be completely useless if this was the case.

Keep emailing them until you get a real person to reply, humbly cry about it being a mistake etc etc and they might restore it, its happened before.
