What he means no longer unavailable ?
It seems unavailable if 5 fpa is the max....

It means all 2 handers except for swords can't hit 4fpa anymore however he didn't test with a faith act5 merc like I did. My BOTD thundermaul got to 4fpa with 125ias in total and lvl15 fana aura. The numbers on his table are for no outside aura and no decrepify/holy freeze slowing one down. Also, frenzy does speed up WW now, by a LOT.

Looks like BOTD GPA still at a sweet spot for MF
60 + 20 (highlord's)+ 10 (goldwrap) = 90ias, right at the 0 base speed 5fpa 89ias BP

What about using a 2H EBOTD Colossus Blade? Seems like this is might be the only way to go if you want to use a two handed weapon since you can still hit 4 FPA if I'm understanding this all correctly.

Yup. Barbs are pretty much locked to swords if going 2handed. This also means Ik (which was always mediocre but an ole reliable) is now obsolete and unplayable like most other sets now. Not only has IK been nerfed by about 20%, you also need an additional 45 ias even with the maul WITH 2 shaels in it. Factoring in the gloves, you still need 20% ias. That means say goodbye to your helmet slots which would otherwise be used for mf topazes, now need 15ias jewels, JUST to get 1 frame less than it used to. Yea you could also use a highlords, but IK is a early ladder set. Angelics is better and easier to acquire and use. Nope. Now you’re hardlocked to highlords/cats eye or ias jewels in the helm.

Basically they did the wolf thing.
The only upside is that dual grief is considerably improved compared to last patch.
