this is why I never really like to say something is 100% correct even if someone says it is, though. While we were talking there seemed to be a bit of miscommunication, but if you did it all right then that's huge.

2x grief kills a little faster than grief + beast but I wouldn't say 2x faster. Grief+ beast is still good and buffs your merc to last ias BP. Grief x2 feels maybe a little better for pvm in general.

I don't believe this has been confirmed at all. In my playing I haven't noticed a big enough difference to say that it does MORE damage than 2x grief and I believe this is the general sentiment in the thread.
