I almost feel I could much quicker runs without it.

Kinda had same rng until this Sunday. Found 2vex 1 jah first 5 days of release. Then no good rune except mal until Sunday, got Lo and Ohm within 10 runs on travi :) then yesterday evening got Lo and Ohm again from travi but with some hours between ^^

I would personally skip countess, worldstone, baal for cows.
Cows got best density if u kill quick u make a cowrun in like~10 min and its worth it eventually

I found Jah in ancient tunnels 5th day after release. After that I highest I've gotten is Mal from countess

Was an Ohm rune directly from Mephisto himself for me.
