Tryp and I were doing these runs. The rules were stated in the thread, ALL loot reserved for runners. If our friend who was in the run had not seen him grab the rune he would have kept it quietly.
Tryp is not an asshole and he was going to leave it alone after the run, but badnewzz decided to taunt him.
He was going to steal that without a doubt, he only gave it back because he was being recorded.
I think its simple when loot is reserved don't touch it at all.
Everyone else in the run was staying back and had no problems.

The problem is that if no one looted the sur it would have disappeared. He couldn't have known whether u guys had your eyes open or not.
