Another question is, can you just take a standard 163 Windy Set up after swapping Ravenlore/Hoto/SoJs on the pre Buffing? Building a Druid can be expensive. Just have Tokens and your Summon Inventory on the swap.

basically yes. You need summoning gcs, but otherwise the gear is identical for a 163 setup, though with a 99 setup you want a +grizzly pelt to maximize your stack damage.
if you're using a vita build you can swap 163 in easily with hoto/spirit/circlet/fcr ammy/arachs/trangs and 1x fcr ring. You can build a dedicated 163 shell with wizspike or branch, mind that you don't have high cyclone armor and if you're prebuffing ravens you don't care as much about +skills. You could go rest of points into oak in that case, if you're basically giving up on wolf/bear damage.

Wolf and Bear damage may be hard to maintain since they're always dying, and 99 seems to be a crawl from your video (though landing it pays off big time with the stupid damage). I think if you did a 99 build, it would have to be for cheap easy telestomping on someone you aren't chasing, but otherwise a 163 on other matchups.

I wonder what a set of Summon GCs go for. My Windy is pretty much done otherwise.

ravens don't benefit from auras and can't be cursed. Like vines they can't be targeted, unlike vines they can't be harmed by NPCs. But they do die instantly to thorns aura, but only after delivering their damage. I'm unsure of shiver armor, and I haven't seen them die randomly to attackers-take-damage affixes and hit stormshield targets all day long without losing ravens.

maybe time to start a summon druid on thursday.
