I was not the first case and I will not be the last. How many more accounts have to be ruined? You're heard from several already in this thread where this exact scenario occurred.

I get it, they have my money. Why should they care at all?

Because the future of the Diablo franchise is at stake and historic longterm players won't be around to support them in the future unless they rectify mistakes of the past and present.

It has the same 8kb character file limit size on single player to my understanding as well.

I have not and will not be testing it, but in the course of the previous posts, others have told me this happened to them on single player.

Don't know the basis for exactly 92, but in general it depends on how many affixes your items has.
More affixes usually means more is stored, but that is not always true
Some modifiers such as chance cast needs more parameters, comparable to other affixes they might take up what counts as 2-3

So the rule of thumb has become you just make sure you don't fill your stash with 1x1's
For crafting you would limit yourself to small batches and sell off what you don't need or mule off the goodies (remember to not store too much on your mule too)

Aww just reading this has made me realise I was right to stop playing for a while until things get sorted. It's crazy how much suffering people have gone through due to bugs like this one. Probably a really simple fix too..

My friend I've known for 10 years started playing D2R and 2 weeks in he bought $300 worth of FG to buy an enigma infinity and a cta. He played for about 3 hours. Logged and came back, they were both gone along with a few charms. He quit and haven't seen him since.
