Rusher should get it but if it literally dropped at the foot of the rushee (this should almost never happen unless a tp was opened near a chest) then the rushee is entitled to take it. The rushee should never rush to rushers kills to get loot though.

if you didn't agree a rule on loot then it doesn't matter it's FFA

its FFA, you are paying for a rush that's literally it.
you aren't paying for loot drops and they aren't doing MF runs, literally just ffa, not hard to spark up 2 brain cells.

This one's a bit weird for me.

I used to always just rush myself, or nowadays I just do it in game or ask friends in discords. Usually it's forge and drops that go to the rusher in that scenario.

I've never paid someone forum gold to rush me, but if they demanded forum gold + all the loot and forge I probably would never use the service. But again, I don't already.. so..

Ive been playing D2 probably longer than youve been alive and this is just wrong. the fee you pay is for the rush and the rush alone unless otherwise stated, and out of all the rushes I've paid for, a rusher has never had a rule about loot drops. its always been FFA unless its for forge. its not BM and its not against an 'unwritten code ' (LOL) to take loot on the ground. what an absolutely braindead take

If your so inclined and poor and snag an item worth more than the rush and the rusher gets butt hurt just pay and leave. Profit and find a new rusher

The rusher should specify in their rules
If the rusher doesn't specify, it's FFA and no one should gripe in retrospect

New generation of entitled kids who stick their face up a Hell boss' ass for loot when they should be staying far back to begin with so they don't die and botch the rush lol

Fine then, nobody gets it. Break the HR in two and give Be to one person and r to the other.

I guess I'm one of the few who say the person paying for the rush should get the items.
I guess there are a few circumstances that could change that.

If its your game then you should get the loot since you paid for the service so any drops would be on top of that payment.(unless previously discussed)

If you paid and joined another players game then it should be that person's loot unless previously specified.

If someone charged you a fee for a service then that's what they get paid for said service. They are not entitled to things they find while "on the job". If you work for a store and a customer drops their wallet you aren't entitled to that wallet. I know it's not the best comparison but it's close enough lol.
