Do you think they lowered the runedrop?

In the first 5 days in gameplay I found
Cham - CS
Ist - CS

After that nothing. 2 weeks of hard grinding and not a single rune.

I see that the runes are keep raising their price, which I think is because the runes drop is lower than before.
