Bugged items are just bugged (not intended). I think the mephisto bug where items could spawn on different bases was kinda cool, though. It would need
a bit more of an in-depth explanation... 100% same stats or?

The 5frw scs is not bugged, they are prepatch

Loosen up ias breakpoints so I don't need 280 ias to hit 10 frame berserk on my 2h polearm barb.

nobody disputes this. They fall under the 08 items and I'd see them being reintroduced as well:

Act-Levels like the Cow Level
in Act 2 Beetle Level with a Beetleking ofc with Sand and Stones like the hole act style is
in Act 3 a Tree/Jungle Level with Thorned Hulks and a real Hard King cuz its an ancient tree so no phys dmg and elemental/magic dmg less effectiv so u have to fight (and its worth cuz he drop ilvl99 and always 10 lootables! ... 10 tp scrolls inc lol!
in Act 4 Demon-Level with pit lords only
Act 5 maybe nothing cuz it have Ubers and its fair for classic so "lod" wldnt benefit more

A3 could use bosses that have double drops (2 items dropped) in the jungle (not the temples/would have to check I dont know these by heart) to make it more compelling to have a stroll in there. Unless it's terrorized, people avoid it like the plague xD.

I believe the "rift" idea was already suggested, but nobody +1'd it. Here is an example:

Just copy&paste previous ideas/bonuses. Find 4x that you liked from previous posts.

A chance for old items to drop, sometimes. Like 1.08. Maybe once a year, on xmas day you'd have a 1% chance for item to drop from old patch instead of current

Also similarly - items that only drop one day, and then never ever again
