There is a list longer than the constitution for what you can and can't do or items you can't use in "GM" duels. But guess what, D2 is not fair and is not designed that way. Use whatever you want and play however you want, that trap assassin won't be able to do anything but heal you.

Diablo 2 is still playing 20 years later for what it is, if blizzard intends to make a remake instead of a remaster/resurrected the game will have the same success as diablo 3, zero
