but just to add a slight correction... for amulets. char lvl 93+ is the minimum requirement for any gambled ammy even if it gets the lowest ilvl spawn, will still hit ilvl90 once u craft it :) . So char lvl95 not mandatory... unless u just gambling for rare amulets and want ilvl90 each time from the gamble
95+ guarantees a chance for 2 sks so I would not buy these and circlets below that threshold and stick with rings for efficiency reasons
