No one said he was rich, you’re just speculating that. Gamblers can spend 100k in casinos doesn’t mean they’re rich, they’re just bad with money.

I agree that spending 100k in casinos is bad money management, but then they would have to have 100K to begin with. Even if it was all the money they had, at least we know that they managed to have 100k, which isn't a small amount of money.

-% def only applies to base def. So holy shield, shiver armor, shout, etcetera are not reduced. -% def is useless in PvP generally speaking.
