Oscarmk please look at this tables frames it is exactly what I'm saying in regards to shape-shifting as a class vs the pure fury wolf we should not have to be dealing with what we can settle for on a patch they stated would help all classes underused skills elevate

I agree, this formula is really only helping Fury, perhaps if they could keep both formulas, this revisited new one and the old one (and use whatever is faster), like at the end of previous PTR, then it would be all good. Although 4 fpa bear uninterruptible with increased damage and defense would surely dominate melee, probably would be banned from GM Melee.

So I have just one question, I can't make sense of all I've read really. What would be the better weapon to use PvM between ebotd TM and ebotd GPA using only glove and amulet IAS? Which with also 15 IAS helm? If someone with more knowledge could help me answer that please.

TM should easily hit 4 frames. So you are trading 5-range and little bit more speed for huge dmg. If you play single only then both weapons will be great.
