Because, bladefury has inzane slow startup and ending animation. So if pheonix would interupt it even 112 year old people would notice it xD

Pheonix does not interupt anymore. Just as patch notes said that they dont share cooldown with any other skills anymore

I really should have kept those breakpoints....I left them out cos I was thinking that the "change in fps" inside significant enough to record, but to think about it now I realized how wrong I was with that thought.

Just got into a weird situation....

My friend was talking to me about the potential of pure summon with shapeshitering possibility.

And he was thinking of using "faith demon crossbow" so I ran some calculation

Crossbow need 150 EIAS for 3f...

Lv 12 fana gives 31 sias, lv 11 werewolf gives 59 sias

And WSM for demon crossbow is -60

So by punching in the number

120×(150-59-31+(-60)) / 120-(150-59-31+(-60)

=120×0/120-0

=0....

So in otherword all I need is lv 12 fana along with lv 11 werewolf and a -60 demon crossbow I will reach max 3f fury speed by default?

Yes you get 150 EIAS without any ias.
Floor(120*(150-59-31+(-60)) / (120-(150-59-31+(-60)))) = 0

5/3/3/3/6 frames.

That is correct.
There used to be some difference between wep ias and wsm and slow scaling on shapers in particular but that is now removed.

Now:
EIAS, WSM, SIAS, SLOW scales 1 to 1.
IAS has diminishing returns.
On which item you have the ias has zero difference. (with exception of barb/assa wirlwind)

When you say EIAS , Do you mean the result of the formula ( 120*IAS/(120+IAS)+SkillIAS-WSM = EIAS) or just the (120*ias)/(120+ias) part ?



Also here you seem to be using a different formula. you add WSM and SIAS to the denominator and the numerator ; instead of just adding it after the fraction. Please clarify. And thanks again for your work !
