I guess I missed the insignificant ones.

ya it's bad (just tried it after logging in for an hour.. tested it for 2 minutes on a barb "for fun").
Pointless... OH.. Maybe its good to level up. No time to try that, but I guess that can be fun.

yes you can be lvl 1 to use it, you just need the mana (42)
