The difference between 3 and 4 frames will be about 15% more damage on grief PB, 20 vs 23 frame fury. So we add for PB 892.5 x 1.15 = 1026 average damage vs 1061 on Ebotd TM, but you don’t get firestorms, no ITD and attacking faster also has other benefits, more leech and more procs.
I guess taking all in consideration the ebotd TM, comes close, but the firestorms are actually quite nice.
So phoenix proc would not interrupt attack as before?
I would love to see the full firestorm fury build. Anybody?
