What better bow would you use early ladder levelling?

I would use this on my Act 1 merc.

u need a cham ... in what world is that "early levelling" ? Could use buriza, I remember when folks used to use Kuko Shakaku for early levelling. Eaglehorn will be cheaper than this ... there's prob. some runewords too
