Lol. It's definitely being played. But most of my friends have moved on because after 500 or so hours, they realized it's exactly the same game it was prior to d2r, and we've all been there and done that.
I know, we got what we wanted in a remaster. Which is great and we certainly got our monies worth.

Still, change is good.

Cmon man. I've loved this game since becoming addicted in the year 2000.

Evey patch people went bat shit because it would ruin the game. And the next patch, the previous patch was the end all, be all.

Its good for the community to have this game developed I think. At least to keep the playerbase active. Don't want it to be dead in a year from now right? I don't at least

There are so many ways they can fuck this up.

They introduce some "balance change" that makes all the old runewords obsolete. Your enigma and infinity are now virtually worthless.

PVP? That opens up a whole new can of worms, especially with no WSG.

There's no way this isn't gonna fuck shit up and piss off a huge amount of players somehow
