Could someone just clear up two questions here?
- What is the actual IAS breakpoint for Diamond/Shadow Faith to hit 6fpa? And will it matter if it is 13, 14, or 15, to be able to hit that breakpoint?
- What is the actual IAS breakpoint for Matriarchal Faith to hit 6fpa? And will it matter if it is 13, 14, or 15, to be able to hit that breakpoint?
--- By this I mean as in, just a solid number, in the same way one could say "You functionally need 95% ias with a GMB Faith to hit 7fpa"

OK, I seen it posted in a different thread.
So we are looking at 155% for 6fpa Diamond/Shadow, 215% which unachievable with GMB so GMB stays at 7fpa 95%, but what is Matriarchal breaking at for 6fpa?
I'm still not seeing any posts about exact Matriarchal 15 Faith breakpoint in terms of amount of IAS for Amazon using standard attack.

Also if anyone cares to dig into it, what are the exact new breakpoints for Amazon Throw and Jab, for Matriarchal, Hyperion, and Winged Harpoons? "all the fastest type"

Jab has a natural 30 penalty to wsm, which means they were never breaking the eias cap of 75. So old ias breakpoints are relevant. 280 max ias for -10 wsm ceremonial.

I have build me a insane character around this thread just to test out the uncapped IAS breakpoints. Made a max IAS breakpoints riftsin. Here under are some of the core equipped used in it. Still need to get some new jewels in it for the final build but apart from that... Further equipment are cats eye, loh, raven, treachery Andy's with a 15ias jewel in it and a rare ring. Gives me a total of 165 EIAS without BoS active. The kick speed is insane as well as the damage output from as well the kicking as the crazy amount of frozen orbs being cast. Will try to upload a vid soon.

Looks like EIAS might be capped at 200 for d2r.

Since EIAS is capped at 200 it seems impossible as an druid to get 2 frame fireclaw.

I tried to dex bug my pb to fake that im slamming hands(HTH) with 15 frames pr direction, but did not work like in d2lod. "red wep boxer build"

The next closest was bow. But to few socets. -10wsm base hit above 200eias to easy and 0wsm base needed 1 more soc to be able to get 2 frames^^

I also tested phoenix + stormlash, looks cool. Firestorm delays next serie a little, but thats not much at all. And u cast like 3 firestorm each serie.

you wont be able to spam frozen orb proc since there is a 1sec cooldown on orb cast
