I feel like, if the rusher just killed that mob then the leecher shouldnt be up in the action, and so the rusher would have 100% pick if he is to grab it or not

If the rusher killed the mob, and moved on and the leecher came upon it after the fact, i feel like it can be argued the rusher left it for the leecher.

Similar to how chaos runs go, stay 2 screens back - if its left behind its FFA loot.

If you don't state loot rule you can't expect people to follow it.
To people saying that you pay to be rushed, not to mf, the same goes to the rusher - you are paid to rush, not mf in my game.
That said, in good service the rusher should lead the the whole process, telling people when to enter portals, when it is safe, where to go etc.
Not doing that tells me that you came here just to make some quick bucks and not really provide payed service.
And if you can't be bothered to lead i can't be bothered to follow.

It is indeed increased drops so it's even more reason it should be FFA

This is also the first argument I am reading that it should be the rushed person's loot, and its not a bad argument either

I've done countless rushes. Majority of Rushes I do are free and therefore I take loot. However not 1 time have I done a paid rush and not given the rushee their quest kill drops. Greedy bunch of crotch goblins

in this theoretical situation,
should that jah drop on my boots [since otherwise I have no real chance of getting it, as discussed above], and "no touchy" wasn't explicit, I will just pick it up 10 out of 10 times
should the rusher be nice, I would send back some fgs (up to 50% -- I always do this in other scenarios (e.g. tipping the br host from my nila drops))
that's "being nice"

I guess knowing what these slang words mean is not really about how old you are, its more about at which part of the internet you hang out mostly
