Since there's an obvious disconnect between what blizzard puts in the patch notes and what ACTUALLY happened in the patch
we need to test the important stuff like blood boil aoe, blood oath damage mitigation, if sigil lethargy works at all, all the echoing strikes and summon tainted and bind demon changes and the totally opaque changes like "Adjusted many of the bonuses on consume"
My initial testing appears to show that blood boil has the same radius, not the listed tooltip radius. IE its actually hitting in the ~10 yard radius that was previously displayed by the skill, presumably still scaling +0.33 yards/level. On PTR they changed it to display 2/3/4 radius while not actually changing the radius, while on live patch it now displays 5/6/7 radius, but once again still has that ~10 radius. And that 10 radius is about 1 tile larger than a sorceress nova with ~8 radius, because skills like nova are checking enemy collision tiles which stick out in a 5 tile X for size 2 enemies, while blood boil is apparently just checking a dist() function, hence its 'shorter' with the same parameter
Still need to test if they actually changed blood oath, or if that's another line of nonsense changelog
test out a full es magic build... 1 point es and maxed out hexes and synergies to see how it goes against a norm es build
