rebalance skills to be more in line with their progression on the skill trees (later skills should be more worth investing in, looking at you Conversion, Blade Shield, and Thunder Storm) and buff under-performing skills a bit to be closer to competitive.

Simplest addition - add Frozen Orb as a potential roll for Ormus Robes.

A whole new difficulty and a massive wave of new uniques, and a higher tier than elite items.
